• Use a soft, nonabrasive, slightly damp cloth for cleaning cabinet knobs/pulls and dry immediately. If your water contains higher than normal levels of salt or other chemicals, please used distilled water to dampen the cloth.
• Never use any abrasive materials such as steel wool or Scotch-Brite pads for cleaning. This can compromise the protective lacquer finish and void the warranty.
• Never use any cleaning agents with bleach or other chemicals that can remove the protective finish and cause the solid brass material to oxidize and discolor, which will also void the warranty.
• Warranty limited to one year from date of sale against defects in material or workmanship, under the intended use of the product. Our sole responsibility is to repair or replace defective merchandise.
• Please note that in areas near bodies of water where there is a higher salt content in the air, this may have a corrosive effect on solid metal items. Manufacturer maintains the right to void the warranty under these circumstances.
